Read the book “the stubborn fat fix” by Valerie Berkowitz. It’s all about eatin Whole UNPROCESSED foods and eating the right types of GOOD fats. Seriously the biggest enemy tofay is SUGAR!!! Be it high fructose corn syrup or even fructose! Seriosly look into this book it explains SOOO much! “Low fat” and “diet” foods are what make us fat! Good luck!
