Wayne Art Center in Wayne, PA.  Most current rental fee for 5 hour reception is 3,500.  They have their own chairs and tables to rent for a cheaper cost than you will get from any rental company.  Outside there is space for ceremony, however would recommend having your reception inside.  The main art gallery holds 125 comfortably for seated dinner.  Next to the gallery is a lobby where you could have dancing and bar setup.  The venue is clean and best part is you can bring whoever you want in to cater your event!  This is a huge cost saving item.  So many venues around the main line force a pre- approved list of caters on you but not Wayne Art Center.  Outside the gardens are professionally landscaped and a great spot for pictures.  If you are looking for a non traditional venue and something a little more reasonably priced compared to most everything else on the main line this could be a good option.  Also there is plenty of parking which guests appreciate.  Downtown Wayne is only 5 minutes away from the venue and has the beautiful Wayne Hotel.

Delaware has no sales tax. My daughter married there and saved thousands. If you want really inexpensive I’d look at state/local parks, community centers, etc.
