I see a bit of a line and a horrible dye run, but I can’t tell the color. After how many minutes was this taken? I would test with a FRER.

@Jellybones:  Haha, yeah, I think it’d be a bit awkward with your SO’s father over. Perhaps test with a FRER with FMU tomorrow morning, and please come back for an update!

I can see a faint line throughout the dye run. I would test again tomorrow, and let us know 🙂

I used the same test before confirming with a FRER and that’s what mine looked like. I won’t hope for a + for you, since you said it isn’t a good time, but good luck however it goes.

That looks like the evap line I always got on cheapies. Plus the test looks defective because of the control line. Use a FRER tomorrow to make sure, but if you’re expecting AF on Feb 23rd, you’re only 4dpo and it wouldn’t have implanted yet, so you wouldn’t get a positive result. Sore boobs are really common after you ovulate and now that you’re off of birth control, you’re likely to notice all sorts of new symptoms after you ovulate that you didn’t before because you weren’t ovulating. I had EVERY pregnancy symptom in my first cycle off of bcp, but it’s just from progesterone after you ovulate. I hope you get the result you want!

@Jellybones:  It can definitely throw your body off a little (or a lot in some cases) to come off of birth control! You could have ovulated earlier, but if you’re using condoms it’s unlikely you’d be pregnant anyway. I’m glad that you’re happy with the result 🙂

@Jellybones:  just seen this, well im glad your relieved but i would definitely retest just to be safe and when you do, make sure you do it first thing in morning it is most accurate the first urine of the day 🙂
