That should defintiely be feasible!  A few more to check out:

3 West Club (full service venue with a gorgeous terrace in midtown – also belongs to women’s national republican club, which made it a no-go for super-liberal Fiance and me)

Midtown Terrace & Loft (raw space with rooftop)

Battery Gardens (outdoor and waterfront).

Liberty Warehouse in Red Hook (outdoor and waterfront).

Try Bridgewaters at the South Street Seaport, Central Park Boathouse (might fit your budget in the winter) or Hudson Terrace.

Battery Gardens was my second favorite and very reasonable for a NYC venue. I think it woulld also be perfect for your size.

The Foundry in LIC is also awesome and great for the your size. It may be over budget though. :/

Not sure about the Pidwin, but here are a few other venues with outdoor space that I priced at under $25K for 100 ppl when I was looking:

  • Desmond Tutu Center
  • Manhattan Penthouse
  • Morningside Castle
  • Studio Square (LIC – level with terraces have no views, top level w/out terraces have amazing skyline views)

Hudson Terrace came out just above $25K, but might be feasible if you’re closer to 75ppl.
