Totally not a boring dress! And once your hair and makeup and jewelry and veil and headpiece are all on, you’re going to look amazing.
I like the dress without the sash. It shows off your figure more that way. Flower idea could be good. Just try attaching them with pins to see how you like it.
But reall, I don’t think the dress needs anything. it is NOT boring at all.

I think it’s perfect with just the blingy sash

I actually think that it looks gorgeous as is and doesn’t need anything. IF I were to add something, I think I would go with a single flower strap, sort of like the one on this dress

I love your dress as it is but if you’re wanting to spice it up a bit, I would definitely go with the statement necklace or the sash, the sash is gorgeous!

I like it the way it is with the sash. It’s a beautiful dress!

The dress fits you beautifully!! I love the crystal belt! And I think that makes it feel more special than the flowers on the side. Looks beautiful!

1st of all, as everyone else said, that dress looks great on you, perfect choice. 2ndly, I like both the sash and the flowers but if you do the flowers dont over do it like in the pic you posted as an example. However with the accessories you’ve described, I dont think you need anything….sorry more choices to add, lol. Either way, you’re going to knock them dead, honey even if you come out in hair curlers. I love that dress!

Your dress isn’t boring. It’s simple. Which is great with this style of dress, because it lets the beauty of the material and the fit shine through.
When I was in architecture school, a professor had a quote hanging on the wall. It read “Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.” I think that DEFINITELY applies to this dress. If it were cheaper looking material, or you were on the thicker side (like me) then I’d say yeah, do ___ to draw the eye ___. But you don’t need that. Your look is perfection as it is. And the dress, in its utter simplicity, makes that very obvious the moment anyone looks at you. Would you rather someone think that, or “Oh, look at her pretty rhinestone belt?”

NOOOOOOO DON’T TOUCH IT!!!
I love your dress 🙂 I don’t think it needs any embellishments, but I DO think you should try on some bold accessories with it to assuage your doubt. Seriously. That dress is so classic and clean-lined that it would be a shame to mess with the vibe it has going.

No sash and particularly not that one as its too broad and you should be showing off your lovely slim figure without trying to cover it up with an overly broad sash that looks out of place on a dress of that style.
You are also forgetting you will be holding your bouquet a lot and you shouldn’t need big sashes or any fake flowers pinned to the dress or anything like that. Don’t hide your figure by sticking stuff on it that people’s attention will be drawn to.
If I had a waistline like yours I would not want to cover it at all 🙂

Same with some posts, go with statement necklace…. But I love the simplicity of the dress, classy

Your dress is not plain at all. But I do love that sas around your waist…gives it a little sparkle.

Love the sash with your dress! Do you have a picture of how it looks in the back? Does it ‘cut’ the row of buttons in a nice way?
The sash really gives the dress a just nice amount of bling, not too much nor too little. And from the front it looks like it is the original design of the dress, but not sure of how it will blend in with the buttons.
