I could use your wisdom. Which would you choose for everyday wear? For reference, I’m an elementary school administrator. I play with kids, lift weights, am pretty active and can be (occasionally and unintentionally) hard on jewelry. I don’t *have* to have a diamond but do love them. I am color sensitive, but do have an F, VS1 ideal cut diamond already, so I wouldn’t mind mixing it up a bit with a warmer/different shape of stone. I’ve never seen Moissy in real life, but am open to it too!*
Thanks in advance for your help. Yes, this would be a second ring. No, I don’t intend to engage in a discussion about this/my reasoning behind it on this thread. I also don’t have any intentions of trading this ring up plus my current one for a larger stone today or ever. I’m simply looking for what would be best for everyday, more casual wear.
*If I go the Moissy route, I’ll take the ring off to lift, climb, etc. I’d also pick yellow gold over white to both have something different/not have to worry about the maintenance of replaying the metal.
If I go the diamond route, I won’t buy a new band until I’ve saved up, get one as a gift. I have an existing diamond/sapphire channel set band or a pave diamond band I could wear it with potentially.
