Ok, I pick:

#2 – The Roast Sirloin and #9 – Chicken Florentine with the # 1 – Spring Mix Salad, # 7 – Wild Rice Pilaf and the # 9 – Oven Roasted Herbed Veggies

For a beverage I’d choose the Southern Style sweetened and unsweetened tea

Choose what you like for the entrees 🙂 For the sides, I’d say you’re pretty safe with a salad, starch and veggie (any of them).

Good Luck!!

I would pick:

Entree #s 1 and 4 – tenderloin for the meat eaters, and fish for those that tend to shy away from meat.  I would pick this fish over the other salmon bc the other one is described as having a cream sauce and I tend to shy away from anything too heavy for wedding food.

Sides: #s 3, 9, and 11–a salad, a veggie and a starch.  But really any combination of the sides would work, you know your guests best.  So go with what you think most people would enjoy.

The mint tea sounds good, but sweetened and unsweetened is probably best bc it would please a larger group of people.  But then again, if you are having a bar, people might not be too worried about what kind of tea is available.
