Mmm sounds like good food. Here are my picks:

Entrees
4. Pan seared Salmon
6. Whole Smoked Drunken Chicken

Sides
1. Spring Mix salad
(although someone told me that salads, for whatever reason, are rarely eaten at buffets. So perhaps you could substitute another starch or veggie- depending on your crowd?)
6. Garlic Smashed Potatoes
9. Oven roasted herbed veggies

Drink
Southern Style Tea

It’s so fun creating menus; thanks for sharing! I would definitely choose a meat and a fish to suit people’s preferences.  I’m getting hungry just reading this menu!

Entrees:

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma; font-size: 13px”>1. Southwest Dry-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin- Premium Pork Tenderloin marinated with 16 different Herbs and Spices

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma; font-size: 13px”>4. Pan Seared Salmon- Drizzled with lemon dill sauce and fresh dill sprigs

 Sides:

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma; font-size: 13px”>1. Spring Mix with Shaved Red Onions, Cherry Tomato, Buttermilk Vinaigrette

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma; font-size: 13px”>13. Tomato and Yellow Squash Casserole with Swiss cheese

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma; font-size: 13px”>16. Honey Glazed Carrots

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma, verdana; font-size: 13px”>For entrees I would go with…

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma, verdana; font-size: 13px”> Southwest Dry-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin- Premium Pork Tenderloin marinated with 16 different Herbs and Spices.

and

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma, verdana; font-size: 13px”>Herbed Baked Bone-In Chicken Breast- Seasoned with a blend of fresh herbs and then baked to tender, juicy perfection~Bone-in chicken stays juicier then just a breast.

For sides I would choose…

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma, verdana; font-size: 13px”>1. Spring Mix with Shaved Red Onions, Cherry Tomato, Buttermilk Vinaigrette

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma, verdana; font-size: 13px”>5. Fontina Scalloped Potatoes-mashed potatoes can get dry, so these will keep better.

<span class=”Apple-style-span” style=”font-family: tahoma, verdana; font-size: 13px”>9. Oven Roasted Herbed Vegetables

Sounds good, I’m starving!

Well crap, you can’t even read my post…

I voted for the Pork and the Bone-In Chicken with the sides 1,5 and 9.
