I really love the second one in your main post! It’s gorgeous! You could also always take a picture of your dress to the cake designer and have them use it as an inspiration.

Since the lace on the dress is a lot more flowery than those pictures I’m sure they could do it in icing or gumpaste instead of fondant if you asked. Gum paste flowers are beautiful… Something like this, which is the gum paste flowers and piped icing:

Except they could make the flow of it more like your dress, maybe solid lace on the top tiers and draped down the bottom tiers? 🙂

I love the second one in your first post. I would think that if you wanted the lace on the cake to be very similar to the lace on your dress, a talented decorator with a fair amount of lace experience would be able to replicate it…
