Sorry Bee, I really don’t like the first dress and I don’t think it shows off your amazing figure. I get what others are saying with the nude colour in the second one, but the line the dress gives you makes my jaw drop. I’d go with that one and figure out a way to make the dress look coherent.

Thank you for your input! I’m really interested to see what the second one will look like if i have ivory illusion lace instead of nude…i think that would really help the cohesion. Maybe adding more beading too.

I agree that the second dress is my choice but would want the top lined with ivory so you dont have such a dramatic line across your midsection. I love the lace around the train!
The first dress is pretty too. If you go with that one, I would just line the side cut-outs and remove the beading from the straps. I dont really get a “beachy” vibe from it. I love the back!

roguesoul : I prefer the first gown by a MILE.
Like other’s I don’t get a “beachy” vibe at all. I’d say have the beading removed from the straps and put in some modesty panels and keep that one.
Personally the only thing I like about the 2nd gown is the train. I think the bodice is MUCH less flattering, and as a PP mentioned, it’s oddly segmented and not nearly as flattering on your figure. Even if you were to replace the illusion, I think it has a less cohesive and flowing feel that the first gown. It feels much less sophisticated, to me.
I think the first gown has an elegance the 2nd dress lacks. Particularly if you line the areas with the sheer panels… Even though I like the back of dress 2 I think #1 – with those BUTTONS and the cutout lace is even more gorgeous.
Dress 2 feels more like a dress I’ve seen over and over, whereas the first one feels more special somehow.

I think dress #1 is more flattering on you for sure! #1 flatters your figure more and just looks more elegant. I don’t care for the nude underlay of the second dress. It just looks…like nylons…? It’s fine, it’s just not nearly as pretty as the first one.
I also think the first one would look even better with modesty panels added under the “fishnet” areas. I don’t get a beachy vibe at all, but I just think it would look even prettier with panels underneath. The texture is nice though. You look thinner and more regal in the first dress.
Looking at the second dress again…I just don’t like how it cuts you in half. It’s almost [don’t be mad! sorry!] it almost feels stripper-esque in my opinion. It just comes off as looking like a tight skirt and then a barely-there top part…sorry!

I don’t think anything about your first one is beachy at all! I think it’s absolutely gorgeous and I am not normally a lace fan! If you don’t like the sides you could insert an ivory panel which should hide it! That shouldn’t be an issue, in many dresses I tried on with a mesh they always said I could do that? I think it’s a gorgeous dress! It’s very elegant and the straps are gorgeous and it’s beautiful on you.
I don’t like number 2 at all, that nude under the ivory pattern up top is really cheap looking IMO and where it cuts at the waist is really not flattering!

I vote for dress #1 if you were to change the fishnet situation.
dress #2 looks like something is missing in the midsection. Maybe it would look differently if you added a belt or a sash. Something looks off on it though.

I really don’t like the side cutouts on the first one. But otherwise it’s so flattering and shows your gorgeous figure. I wish there was a way to combine the two. If you could do something to the side cutouts, like get rid of them, I’d prefer the first one.
