- Wedding: October 2014 - Vegas baby!
My fiance is not a big fan of halos and as much as I want to LOVE them, something inside me just tells me that they are not MY style, though most of them are beautiful. While searching endlessly for something that made my jaw drop on moissyco, I found this ring, which to me is somewhat like a halo, but from the underneath. I am not really a huge fan of solitaires with cathedral or tiffany style mounts, so this ring has absolutely everything I love in it. Just thought I’d share the pic with you in case you like it too! (If I had to choose for you, I would go with #1!)

I’ve been doing a lot of research on forever brilliants.
turns out that some are still coming out with burn marks and the whole thing sounds kinda sketchy…. even those that are laser inscribed still came out as coated instead of heat treated (read link below… long read but very good info)
Im not sure what to believe, but make sure you do all your resarch first so you are fully happy with getting the Forever Brilliant treatment.

I am a huge fan of round stones with cushion halos!

@FutureMrsWebb_1227: Soooo pretty! I love your ring!
I picked #1 because I like the square halo and I think it enhances your solitare.

@KimmySumShuga: Thanks, I think I am leaning towards that one, even though everyone else isn’t haha

@jenai814: pshhh! Go with what you love darlin’ cuz the hive won’t be wearing your ring, YOU WILL! hehe

@jenai814: this is a 1.5 ct round forever brilliant.
THanks! I love it!
As far as the forever brilliant goes, I am extremely happy with it. I don’t see any burn marks (although I don’t have a microscope) and I don’t see ANY yellow tint to it at all. The only time it didn’t look as clear as I would have liked was on a cloudy day in my car. But I am sure a diamond would perform similarly in low light/grey sky conditions.

Their all so beautiful. BUT, I love the elegance and simplicity of ring #2. Although there are tiny diamonds on the bands of each choice, the second setting doesn’t seem to overpower the large rock IMO Regardless of what you choose their all beautiful…and the meaning behind that ring is what matters the most. Good luck on your decision.

@jenai814: I vote #2 (eng161) because that’s the ring I have and I’m biased ahha

@FutureMrsWebb_1227: I have been looking at the same ring on MoissaniteCo.com and I wear a size 8.5 ring. Would you mind telling me what is the size of your center stone. I think the size really looks good on your hand. Thank you

Bottom ring is eng163a with a 2ct forever brilliant round in 14k white gold in size 6. Lots of finger coverage, but with a dainty band that won’t overwhelm short fingers.
The ring on top is mine, the eng163a is my mom’s, but my dad hasn’t given it to her yet! He had me pick out an anniversary set for her because they were really young when they got married and it’s been 30 years!
