I received my amazing JJ’s House Dress last week. I always knew I’d have to add straps to any dress I bought. I tried on about 100 or more dresses and none of them fit the bill until this one!
The belt in the pictures that I am wearing is not the one I will be wearing on my wedding day. It’s actually from my rehersal dress but, I wanted to show how it would look.
I’m not sure what kind of strap style I should go with. Anyone have any suggestions?
Here’s the imgur link for the dress and for the strap styles I’m considering

is it 2 choices showing fron and back? Or 4 choices? If it’s 4 I like the 3rd one, it’s 2 I like the second one. And the a statement necklace to finish the look.

Very nice! I vote 1, 3, or 4. I like the statement back (#2), but I feel like it doesn’t quite match the dress or belt.

I like the tulle one personally (I was looking at those same tulle straps, but they don’t match my dress at all

sparkly or tulle for me.
I’d be leaning toward the sparkly ones if you can get a belt that matches them.

I love options 3 and 4! They’re so old hollywood glamorous! Option 2 is pretty, but it works because the dress is lace too. Because yours doesn’t have lace, I think adding it only on the straps would look out of place. You’d have to add lace appliques along the bodice to bring the look together.

For your dress, I would say three or four. Personally, I prefer three, but I’m not a bling person!

The tulle or the bling ones but only if you don’t wear a blingy belt . I dont , personally, think that dress needs a belt at all .

I deffo think 3, 1 sits too close to the middle and will muck up your shape I think, and I definitely think it needs a belt! You look much better in it with a belt!

I think 3 matches the dress best!

I think 3. They’ll work with the dress, not against it.

I like 3, 4 is a close second
