Oh, I love the red! It looks more mature to me, and I love the power color instead of the black (or navy) color. I might pair the red with a nice blazer too.

I definitely prefer #2. Good luck!

#1 is super cute, but #2 definitely seems more powerful and professional to me. I would pair it with a blazer and heels!

Definitely the red. It looks more tailored/professional, plus red is a complete Boss Bitch color. I love it!

The red dress for sure. The first one is nice, but it doesn’t say “I know what I’m doing”.

The red. Both are nice but the red has more power to it.

worriedbeehere11 :  The red one is absolutely perfect. Since you are interviewing for a managerial position in a lifestyle/aspirational industry, you have more leeway in terms of accessories. With that in mind, you could consider somewhat bold but appropriate accessories with your dress:

Hope you have a successful interview!

Love the red! It definitely demands more respect. The first one is cute, but not as powerful looking.

That red dress is KILLER. Plus it’s a well-known trick that the color red is more memorable in interviews. For my first retail job, I wore a chunky red necklace to my interview and one of my managers specifically told me she remembered me because of my necklace.

The red! It’s much more professional and does great things for your figure which is seriously lacking with the other dress.
