What about shoulder length with long layers? You can still pull it back/up, straighten or have curly.

Something hitting right above your shoulders would look good especially with your natural curl. I like to go to http://www.taaz.com. It’s a free virtual makeover site and it’s pretty indepth, I think it’s fun!!

Find a Deva certified stylist for the best advice. And for goodness sake, never let a stylist cut your hair when it is wet. curls should always be cut when dry so the stylist can snip at the correct part of the curl.

I would go shorter (shoulder length?) because it looks like the length of your hair may be dragging down your curls.

@alaska_99705:  I’m all for pretty classic cuts… I wouldn’t change much. Could you just chop off a few inches?

I have straight hair, but I understand that once curly hair is too short, it gets that dreaded ‘triangle’ effect.

I think you need some weight so the curls hang nicely.

I’d just go a few inches shorter, with long layers.

Honestly I think your hair looks beautiful as is… mine is about the same length but it’s straight and boring. Yours has some natural volume and is way more interesting!

@mypinkshoes:  ACK!  I love that pic on the left!  I was that colour (like, literally that colour, I recognize her picture from the box of haircolour) for about 6 months and every time I bought a new box I’d think “man I love that haircut”
