I can not decide which coral color would be better…. I like the more pinkish one but I am afraid it will blend too much with the hot pink.
No one in my house seems to get that they are two different colors so I thought I would ask my fellow bees who will understand.
The coral will actually be MY dress, I have dark hair and skin. The hot pink is for my 8 year old who is blonde and fair skinned and the greenish color is for my 10 year old who has dark hair and skin.
We are getting married in Charleston, but not on the beach, at an historic park there.
Color option 1, the coral is more orangy
Color option 2, the coral is more pinkish

what kind of feel are you going for? Where & when is your wedding? #1 has more vibrancy & visual interest. #2 is a bit more toned down. The color range is not as evenly balanced, about that gives it a calmer feel while still being fun. I don’t think it’s too close to the hot pink.

@MrsBrown13: Hmm. They give off very different vibes to me. Option 1 is more beachy and laid back, Option 2 is more matchy and traditional (I feel). I don’t have a preference though.

@Feist: We are getting married in April of this year at an historic park in Charleston, SC.
@MeiFrancis: Me too, but I am just worried that the blue will wind up standing out too much because the other two colors are too close.

@MrsBrown13: i love option 1. it looks beautiful, but i would consider the complexion of your bridesmaids and whether they will be wearing the coral/pink.

@MrsBrown13: It also depends on what you are using each color for and how much of each color will be used.

Ok, I guess I should have included more detail. I have edited the post.

Or, this is the 3rd option my FI has chosen and it kind of goes a little more with the orginal color scheme I had chosen.
It is the more pinkish coral with a lighter pink and blue and to me looks a little more refined for the wedding feel I am going for.

@MrsBrown13: if you’re all wearing these colors, I like the option your fi picked out. What about combining them and using the hot pick in your flowers?

@MrsBrown13: I liked the third option the best!

My first choice is the third option, the pink but then again I really, really like the second option, the red. I think it would look really nice ina historic setting and make a nice contrast with the wood.

Argh I’m a muppet! Voted option 2 when I really meant option 1! Sorry to mess up your poll. But I really do like option 1, those colours look gorgeous together!
