So far I have been to a few dress stores & I definitely know I want a strapless sweetheart in a lightweight material with a fit and flare style, leaning towards a mermaid fit
I have 1 more appointment but that is just to try on the Sophia Tolli- Guadalupe dress my fiance loves.
The top 3 contenders are (in alphabetical order):
1. Jim Hjelm 8151-I will modify the neckline to give it a sweetheart effect
2. Rivini Lismora or Lazaro 3050 (see pic of me below)
3. Tara Keely 2200
Unfortunately I do not have pictures of me in the other 2 dresses because the shop I went to did not allow photography. The photo of me below is the Lazaro 3050 on the left, on the right is a new Marisa but I do not like the heaviness of the silk satin.
I would very much appreciate feedback! Since my sister’s wedding is this September and my cousin’s is in December it seems as though my family’s attention has focused on their weddings and mine is on the back burner because it is a year away. I have only been dress shopping by myself and with my fiance. My family has seen pictures of the models but they all like a different dress!
PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance! =)
My venue is Room 1520 if that helps!

The one on the right is gorgeous on you!

I tried on the Jim Hjelm 8151 and it deff didn’t look how I expected … at least not on me.
My vote is for the Tara Keely dress!

I vote the Rivini or Tara Keely. I have a Rivini gown so I’m partial to her designs. They are SO well made and the quality of my gown is amazing.

It’s hard to vote without seeing them on you! They all make beautiful dresses! I tried on the Tara Keely after loving it in photos, but didn’t love it in person or on me. I like the Jim Hjelm for its simplicity and classic look, while I’ve seen the Rivini on other brides and always love it — I love soft ruffles! However, I do think I prefer the asymmetrical style skirt on you (just a different dress, of course).

The Lazaro seems to fit your venue best, but they’re all beautiful.

Your venue is amazing and all the dresses are beautiful. Its hard to vote without seeing them all on you. I really like the Tara Keely, but you look great in the Lazaro!

I love the Tara Keely so that gets my vote! I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them b/c they are all so fabulous!

Ah such a tough decision! I looked at all these designers/dresses and love them! I like the Jim Hjelm and Tara Keely best, but its hard to see the detail of the TK skirt in that picture. I like the Rivini better than the Lazaro though.

I vote for the Tara Keely, it is the most simple and elegant and I think you’d look like a dream in that dress in your particular venue 🙂

I like the Jim Hjelm! I too LOVED the Tara Keely 2200, until I tried it on. Have you tried it on? I’m not 6′ tall so it skirt didn’t quite fall the way it did in the model photo. It kind of just sat and poofed out at the sides. DIdn’t look nearly as romantic and soft. There’s a different model photo of it with a blonde that shows the shape more.
