I wish I could help. I’m terrible at accessorizing. In fact, I’d wear the outfit as is, well maybe with a pair of shoes, haha. This is why I’m not fashionable.

If you are planning on wear black leggings and boots, then I would add an inexpensive faux leather moto jacket to contrast with the softness of the dress.

I would add a statement necklace to fill in that neckline. Because you said it’s going to be cold tomorrow, you could add  a scarf for some pics.

For the spring version of the outfit, rather than a black sweater, I would wear a jean jacket, or a cotton blazer.

If you wear a jean jacket, these loafers from H&M would be cute

If you add a  cotton blazer, I would switch out the shoes for something more colorful, like these from Charlotte Russe

You could get a statement necklace like below and then either wear a cardigan the same color as one of the non dress colored beads. In the case below i’d go ivory first choice and the pale lime second choice. You can keep the metallic of the belt matching the necklace metallic.
