Dress #1 Casablanca couture – all over lace with satin ruched top.
Dress #2- Romona Keveza- lace bodice with dropped waist and tulle bottom.
dress #1 is a beautiful dress with gorgeous lace and a beautiful train, bought at a sale so I had to make a quick decision-but I still love this dress. Dress #2 makes me feel like a bride and I feel like it shows off my shape better-but I’m wondering if it is too much shape?!
i am having a large 350 person wedding at a banquet hall with a vintagey-romantic theme.
thanks for your input!

Im not a big fan of either on you. Sorry just being honest. I think a different shape would look better. I chose #1 bc I like the shape better but the lace and beading isn’t my fav.

raspberrymojito: appreciate your feedback anyways! The pictures don’t do either of these dresses any justice, I love both dresses-just wondering what looks better on me overall:) personal preference is exactly what makes everyone’s wedding unique:)

raspberrymojito: forgot to add that I have tried on Every single shape out there- and the prob is most shapes looked good on me, even ball gowns-however their not my thing. These 2 shapes (modified a-line and dropped waist I liked the best).

I think the first one is gorgeous – elegant and very bridal. Edit: It may not show off your (killer!) bod as clearly as the second dress, but you’re sure as hell rocking it, sister. 😉
I’m really not a fan of the dropped waist /pronounced trumpet look in general; these dresses always look dated and kind of cheap to me, no matter how much they cost or how nice their material! So do keep that personal tic in mind when weighing my opinion.
