I think it is cute but would suggest maybe just 1 pinwheel at the top with the table number so it doens’t look too busy? Very creative idea!

I love it!! I would suggest either doing just one pinwheel, like @Lo: suggested, or doing a whole bunch of little ones sticking out at different heights/angles to make it festive.

I think that it’s  super cute the way that it is. 🙂

I love this centerpiece….but I have to disagree with the other comments-I LOVE it the way you have it shown (with 3 pinwheels).  I don’t know if you thought about how you would put it together, but if you want an all-white base I have an idea to keep the price low.  Hit up thift stores/goodwill and collect small dishes/bowls and candlesticks.  You can use a 3-part epoxy to glue the bowl and candlestick holder together.  To unify the look, especially if they are all different colors/materials you can spray everything with white laquer spraypaint for a nice shiny finish!  Good luck, I really love this idea!

I had a few minutes on photoshop, and here’s what I could do to show the one pinwheel– Hope this helps!

I think it’s super cute! However, I don’t like the color choices of the papers with those red carnations.

I’d find a different colored carnation, or different colored papers. The red flowers clash with the vintage-feeling papers. Carnival is bright, bold, less intricately patterned. Think big stripes and polka dots. 🙂

I like the three pinwheels better. Maybe a version of the first one with the first pinwheel lower than center, and the third one higher than center? Play around with the positioning. 🙂

@latentsmile:  Oooh, what if she did like yellow carnations?  Or orange?  (if they make those colors?)  I bet those would look great!

I’m also wondering if we can’t come to consensus, if maybe the choice of vase is behind it?  They seem a little formal for a carnival centerpiece/theme

I LOVE it how you have it, I think that it looks too plain with just one pinwheel. Great job!! And I love your invites!! But I dont get why it says “her” so many times and “him” so many time!?
