Im suppose to meet with my hair and make up stylist for wedding day tomorow to talk about my look and sign contract. But I still dont really know what I want :O
I may have to reschedule, I dont want to confuse her if I change my mind lol, or is it okay to show her the styles im considering? (i dont have it budgeted to have a trial session so this wil probably be the only time I get to talk with her before wedding!!)
These are the styles im considering:
Up and curly/messy:
Down and wavy:
Half up and curly:
My dress and veil for reference:
Make up I want:
Im wearing a double strand pearl necklace. My theme is classy, and touches of vintage and retro.
Im having such a hard time! I usually perfer my hair down, But I think an updo will last longer for the day(and that first picture i posted is sooooo cute!!) Ive never really worn an updo, only pony tails, so I guess that doesnt really compare lol. when I do my own hair my curls dont last very long, but im sure it might be different with a perfessional…
Thoughts bee’s? I would sure like some advice!!

Ok well my preference is half updo. I think it would look really nice with your veil and dress. I really dont like messy updos, I prefer a nice, sleek, sophisticated hair style. But thats me!
I do like the down and wavy, but wow that would be hard to stay all day I would think
It really depends on what you want!

Half-up with curls would look so pretty with that veil IMO!

@kjo: My hair is naturaly wavy/curly(but too poofy frizzy to go natural :p).. and when I curl it thats what it goes to at the end of the day. So I would imagine that would actually be the one that would stay the most for me.

I love the first hairstyle and think it would be perfect, especially since you’re wearing retro pearls! 🙂

So hard to decide, I think I may have to just think on it for awhile!!!

I am a big fan of half up and curly when all else fails but for your theme I say definitely down and wavy!

Definitely show her your styles, talk it over, sleep on it! All of these are just gorgeous and would be lovely I think :] but she will be a professional and will have some good recommendations. In the end you will gauge her talents and you KNOW your hair, ie. you know it is hard to stay curled. I had the same problem when I was in a bridal party but as it was a group hair session I didn’t have the benefit of a trial run to know that while they thought they could curl my hair it was back to wavy after the 30 minute ceremony finished. Do trials if you can I would say and no matter what I think you will look fantastic :]
