I’m still struggling between two different wedding bands. FH is getting a plain rose gold wedding band. I’m debating getting one too so we can match, but then I’d have to move my engagement ring over to my right hand because I don’t like the way they look together (but I’ve been told this is untraditional to do). On the other hand (ha!) I’ve been looking at this half eternity claw setting band that does somewhat go with my engagement ring. Any thoughts or opinions? I have to order soon, as our wedding is in 7 weeks!

I think the plain rose gold band would look nice with your ering. But if you don’t like mismatched and mixed metal sets then I can see why you don’t like them together. I personally think you should go for the pave diamond band since you like the way it looks with your ering. Some people do where their engagement ring and wedding bands on separate hands, usually because one of their rings is very blingy or has lots of details, so I don’t see a problem with this option if you want to match your hubby. I voted for the pave band 🙂

This is a such a personal choice. Don’t worry about traditions, think about what you like. Unless it would upset your Fiance if you wore your engagement ring on your right hand.
I personally love mixed metals. I have a white gold, round solitaire e-ring and a yellow gold half eternity claw setting band (just like yours but yellow gold, including the prongs.. jeweler had the yellow gold band and white gold prongs so we had to order mine)
In my opinion, the diamonds in the eternity band are a little bigger than the band on your e-ring and take away from it some. I think maybe a thinner band might look more cohesive without taking away from your e-ring.
I also love the simplicity of the rose gold band. I wish you had a picture of it with the e-ring, but if you don’t like it, I’m not sure our opinions would suddenly change that.
Or just get both bands! Then you can change it up. 🙂
