I love the color of the ruby, but the style of the citrine. I am probably of no help.  However, because I personally prefer the style of the citrine ring so much more than the style of the ruby, I would choose the citrine.

I love everything about the ruby! The setting is more RHR IMO, and less ering-ish. Congratulations on your new job!

The citrine is gorgeous in an emerald cut, and I adore the vintage style of the ring. I would definitely go with the citrine.

I love the ruby, too.  Is there another style of ruby ring that you could consider?

The color of the ruby is stunning! But the citrine’s style is gorgeous ! So my vote goes to the second one !

@MsJkk:  Love everything about the ruby, the stone itself AND the setting!! Both are very pretty though. Congrats on the new job!
