it really depends on your budget. i would get chair covers that match the color of your wedding with table linens and napkins. i would do mostly tall centerpieces with submersible led lights and make sure they can dim the lights to create a romantic atmosphere.

is this a daytime reception or night time?  Since you already have the dark chairs, hopefully you can use black linens. I like the look of the glass cylinders with submerged flowers and floating candles. Elegant but not expensive.  We have a similar venue for a night event and we’re getting string lights and using a lot of candelbras plus the floating candles. The lights will be dimmed to show the great candlelight effect but the string lights add the party flavor.

It is much easier to assist if you give us some of your parameters.

What colors have you chosen?

Do you have any kind of theme?

have you already made certain decisions? If so, whatt are they?

What are your priority areas to spend money on if budget is a problem?

This is kind of a silly idea, but if you haven’t picked colors yet maybe pick navy blue as one to match those chairs so you don’t have to worry about chair covers. That way you can concentrate your budget elsewhere like on nice linens and centerpieces. I’d also reccomend tall centerpieces because of the high ceilings.

I would think to keep your linens light coloured, considering the dark carpet and chairs.   All in all, though you have a great blank canvas to work with – the options are endless!
