@rebekahgrace: i like the look of the underskirt only beacuse i have a ballgown but i think it would look nice…

as for the lase up i know , beacuse i got my dress at davids bridal, its about $200 to get it done…

if you go with the underskirt i would get the lase up back…

hope this helps Laughing

you look amazing!!! Would you prefer a corset back?? I love them but with my dress already having so much detail in the front and back,am keeping the zipper. But I think your’s would look gorgeous with a lace up back!!! I like it flowy:)

You look so pretty! I love it just the way it is. I think an underskirt and a lace up back might look off because of the empire waste.

I think I prefer your dress flowy-without the underskirt. As for the lace up, I had mine done for $100 at a bridal boutique. I am also large busted, and figured that a lace up was the best way to hold everything in place. I think it would look nice on your dress.

@pinkb: Good point, really did not notice that. Ya,keep it how you bought it. BUT if you would feel more supported,go with the corset back:)

Hi there,

I tried on this dress, and it was my front runner for a while. It looks wonderful on you though!

Here are some pictures of me in the dress…

I am pretty sure these pictures don’t have a crinoline (buuut the first one might? don’t know sorry…). I would go to the store though and ask to try with a crinoline. The second time I tried it on (maybe the first picture?? :/) they had me wear one. I think if you bought it at DB and you go back and say “ooh look I might give you MORE money”, they’d be happy to let you try it on.

Sorry I’m not more help! Good luck!

Very pretty dress! I like the idea of a laceup, but I haven’t tried any dresses on yet so I don’t want to give advice on it, per se πŸ™‚

I thought the bodice had to be fitted to be able to put in a corset, and yours is loose and flowy from the bust down so I think the zip works best

If you want flowy definitely without an underskirt. Your dress is SO pretty on you and that veil goes really good with it! I love corset backs and they are so comfortable. I have one on my dress so I’m kinda biased. The corset backs look really good and you can tighten and loosen where you need to.

Your dress looks amazing on you, I’m glad you’ve decided to leave it. And I LOVE your veil!

I know this is a 7 month old post and you are married by now so Im not sure if you will get this or not.

I just selected that same dress today! I love your veil and would love to know where you got it.

Thanks!
