Are you wearing the veil in your photo too?

Is the sash on your gown silver toned or gold toned? (It appears to be silver toned, but your jewelry appears to be gold toned.) Either way, I think the hair accessory that you’ve chosen competes a little too much with the gorgeous sash on your dress.  I love hair accessories, but I would choose something that is a little less detailed and is in the same color family as your sash.

MrsRevolutionize:  Love where your look is going!!!  I vote big ‘statement’ earrings, and bracelet, and no necklace!!!   The headband will pull everything together.

*my opinion is most likely biased, as what I wrote is exactly what I am doing :)*

If you’re doing statement earrings I wouldn’t do a necklace. I think te headband depends on how you’re wearing your hair. Are you wearing it up?

The headband is pretty but IMO doesn’t match your dress at all. I also think your dress has a very silvery tone to the whole skirt and even the sash. I recommend going with more silver toned jewelry. I understand that gold is one of your wedding colors. It was one of mine, too. But that doesn’t mean you can’t wear silver when it matches your dress better. That’s what I did anyways. Just my 2 cents.

I would probably not wear earrings and the headband together, and it’s my personal rule to not wear earrings and a necklace together (I personally think it’s too much, even though lots of people wear them together).  I prefer the earrings over the headband.

MrsRevolutionize:  thank you for answering me! It’s so beautiful and totally my style! Lol! I think you should do whatever makes you feel beautiful. I did a large sparkly headband with rhinestones and pearls, huggie earrings that were diamonds and saphires, a white gold chain with saphire halo drop necklace, a saphire and diamond bracelet on one hand and a vintage rhinestone bracelet on the other. I also wore my back up white gold and diamon wedding band (as my rhr) as my wedding band is an heirloom and I knew I wouldn’t be able to wear it always as my job is a rough job… And I was right, a month after the wedding I have a loose saphire. So it was important to me to wear both rings. I guess what I’m saying is that some would say I wore too much… I look at my pictures and I don’t see it as too much at all. ๐Ÿ™‚ I went all silver toned but that’s because I wanted to match my heirloom saphire and diamond wedding band. ๐Ÿ™‚
