GrassHouse:  Yep, 100% preggo. I think most women (at least me) have a good amount of anxiety during this time. Just take things one day at a time, and join either the March or April mamas board so you can have some other support during this time ๐Ÿ™‚

GrassHouse:  You are pregnant, congrats! For me, I approached it as being cautiously optimistic. I knew my chance of miscarriage was about 30%, and I know of several friends that had miscarriages, and it sucked. I knew that the chances of having a healthy baby were much better than something going wrong, too, though! I never said “we’re having a baby!” until we’d heard the heartbeat and were past 13 weeks. I thought of myself as pregnant, and I was excited, but I tried to just take it one day at a time until we got into the second trimester. I didn’t spend time worrying or being anxious, because that’s not my nature and it won’t change the outcome, but I did try to manage my excitement until we knew our baby was healthy (after the 20 week scan). All the best to you!

I have never had very good luck with the Wondfo strips.  I would suggest not using them for progressions.  There are a lot of factors that can affect the color/ darkness of the line, including how diluted your urine is.  It also looks like the last one isn’t dry yet, so that mught be affecting the darkness compared to the ones that are dry.

I’m pretty much the CP queen, I’ve had a loss at 6 weeks, and two around 4 weeks.  My suggestion is to try and relax as much as possible.  Right now I’m a few days late, and really the only thing forcing me to test is an appointment tomorrow and an accupuncture appointment on Tuesday that I would have to cancel.  Honestly, I would love to get throught the first few weeks without knowing.  I’m not getting any dating/ progression apps on my phone until we hear a heartbeat.  I’m not getting overly pariniod about testing.  My plan is to test everyday for the first few days, then EOD until I feel comfortable.  I know during my first pregnancy it was impossible not to be excited and super hopeful, but try to find other things to focus on, as much as possible.  And I would suggest not getting overly ambitious about getting baby items, or at least having a safe place to store them that can be hidden if need be, but I really hope for you that they wouldn’t need to be.

GL and congrats!

GrassHouse:  Don’t use wondfo strips to test for progression! I did and it drove me nuts. I kept testing and testing and freaking out because they were either the same or barely darker. Step away from them, and use a FRER if you really want to test progression.
