Have you looked at Monsoon? I know some of their larger stores carry their wedding line. They have it online as well.

Have a look on Asos and phase 8. Both have great wedding collections

I am not sure about your budget… but have you tried Roksanda? I tried on this dress at their Mount St. store and it was amaaaaazing:

They have a lot of other similar options as well. You might also look at Roland Mouret as they have a lot of knee or midi length ‘fitted’ styles that are elegant. 

Personally I did a search on Matches Fashion for white/cream dresses and ordered mine from there– in London they deliver same day with a courier service and you have 30 days to return.

 Thos Chi Chi of London dresses are lovely but ggenerally a different sortof look for the sell classicisim you are seeking.

The monsoon store on Oxford Street has almost all of their wedding dresses in stock. I tried on a bunch of dresses there and everyone was really nice.
