I would love a great food vendor in San Diego for a really good price for next summer. I have a list i should use because of the wedding venue but i would love suggestions. People are saying it is a good time to negotiate rates. It would be for about 180 people, we want to do stations, and the final price has to include all of their extras like flatware, chefs, and servers. Ideas??

I am using John Little Catering, they are husband and wife, John and Cathi Little
And let me just tell you that I LOVE my caterers.
I am getting married at the La Jolla Bridge club In October and I had to do individual search for caterers because it is basically just a building and you need to supply everything yourself. So I gathered proposals from about 15 companys and they just stood out from the rest with their customer service and quality. John is an amazing chef and Cathi is so great to work with and seems genuinely excited about my wedding.
They are more than just caterers, she is helping with so many other aspects as well. We did our food tasting too and it was so good!!! I would highly reccomend them. They were not the cheapest but were not expensive either. They worked with my budget too.
Anyway hope that helps, you should check them out.

I’m using Cafe Merlot (who Mrs. French Bulldog also used)
They’re great. Our total will be roughly 6k for 130 people, and it includes the following (including all the taxes/tips):
Two standing appetizers
Two passed appetizers
Tex Mex Salad
Gourmet Mac ‘n Cheese
Super yummy bbq chicken
and a Tri Tip carving station with awesome sauces!
Ooh, and tea, lemonade, water, coffee and free cake cutting!
Let me know if you want their information 🙂
