Hi – going to visit my sister and brother in law who just had a little girl last week. I want to bring dinner, and was thinking of bringing stuffed shells. The recipe they prefer (she makes it and it’s awesome) has cooked shells with cheese and sausage, and then it’s baked with no sauce – just a little water in the bottom, covered with aluminum foil. But i cant find a recipe for it online, and don’t want to bug her!
Have you ever made shells that way and how do you do it?
I could bring them something else – but they are picky about anything with tomatoes and onions and when I go through my recipes I think that’s about all I have 🙂 I think they’ve had plenty of mac and cheese, pot pies, etc, brought over. ANy suggestions? (The other thing I was thinking was shepherd’s pie . . . )
Thanks for any help!
