I am going to see the seamstress tonight and aswell as doing my dress alterations I am getting her to make me a veil. I want to go to her with a picture of what I want but the problem is I have no idea what I want! If anyone could give me some ideas on what would look good with my dress I would really appreciate it. The only thing I know is that I want a cathedral length veil. I don’t know if I want some lace, bling, plain… suggestions please 🙂
Here is my dress:

If I were you, I would choose a veil that’s very sheer so that the back design doesn’t get covered 🙂

I also have a dress with a lace/sheer back like yours and I opted to have a single layer veil so that that the back can still be easily seen. It has pearls/rhinestones on the egdes to add some sparkle to my otherwise non-sparkle dress.
I had tried on two-layer veils and it was almost too much. The single layer was perfect. It’s also a fingertip length, but may be longer depending on where I put it in my hair.
It looks pretty similar to this one:

shorebride105: OhHoney: Kacie209: Thanks for the advice ladies.
I decided to go with a single layer veil with no edging. After reading your comments it seems like I made the right decision to go with a single layer

I know you have already chosen your veil, but I had to say that dress is STUNNING on you. I have seen it in pictures with the skinny little models wearing it, but that doesn’t even begin to compare!!! BEAUTIFUL!
