So I’m just starting dress research. Budget is very important. I’d like to be as economical as possible. Nothing over $2,000, but I would REALLY prefer to keep it more around $1,000 (if you can find for less than please tell me where)!
Here’s some stuff I like to give you an idea of my style. I find I like two different styles-
I like the designer Leanne Marshall (check out more of her stuff), I like almost all of it:
Basically I like natural waist, ethereal type gowns with a bit of vintage thrown in. I like A-line and full skirts.
I also like more 1950s glamour type looks like this (but I want full length)-
Any advice for designers that do either of these styles in my price range would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

For the first look – check Sarah Seven. I don’t know her prices though.
You can get dresses similar to the 2nd one from a lot of designers, but Mori Lee is more on the affordable side. http://www.morilee.com/bridals/blu/5266
http://www.weddingshoppeinc.com/ is a nice place to browse online because they have prices on everything…. expect prices to be a bit higher in your local stores but at least it gives you an idea.

Thank you ladies, I will start with those. It’s kind of overwhelming just browsing on the knot with no brands in mind.

Glasgowbound: I really, really, really like this. Especially the color, thanks!

I would look at Hayley Paige.

Check out Hayley Paige, Elizabeth Dye, and Sarah Seven. A warning about Sarah Seven dresses. My consultant told me their shop and many others had problems with Sarah Seven’s dresses arriving on time. There were also issues with poor construction and lots of alterations needed. Read some reviews online before you purchase, if you do go with her. But yes, I highly recommend Hayley Paige and Elizabeth Dye both. The latter custom-made my gown.

Check out Sincerity, it’s a less expensive Justin Alexander line.

Sorry off topic but – Obsessed with the dresses made by Leanne but my Fiance doesn’t like any of them 🙁 Sad face.

Blush by Hayley Paige is ethereal and has a lot of natural waists, and it’s a bit cheaper than Hayley Paige’s main line.

I think both the Watters and Wtoo lines have some similar dresses, especially the dress Jacinda by watters.
if you like the JA coffee colour you might really like the watters/wtoo oatmeal colour. I LOVE it!
