Did a Quick GOOGLE for you…  Individual Mini Chocolates –

Here are some Hershey Mini’s that you can have personalized for your Wedding…

http://www.theweddingshoppe.ca/Wedding_Hersheys_Mini_Chocolates_p/dd4187000.htm

You can probably find other companies who do this (maybe even Hershey themselves)

I didn’t “Shop the Web” for you… so don’t know if this is a good value.

Your post just reminded me of the cute customized individual mini chocolates we get when we are on a cruise…

Hope this helps,

@rusticbee2014:  Do you have any local candy stores where they make their own chocolates?

If there are, I am sure you could contract with them to do something tiny and special for you.

Where are you located Moonstruck Chocolate, a local chocolate confectioner in Portland Oregon will box up their truffles individually. Call one of their cafe’s (not the corporate office,) they ship anywhere in the continental United States, while shipping is an extra charge boxing is not and the cost is included in the price of the truffle.

I’d love to get chocolate with an invitation. I’d worry that they’d melt.

@rusticbee2014:  i love chocolate but i would be afraid of chocolate melting or the box getting squished in the delivery process and flattening the chocolate all over my invites.

have you checked with the post office to see how much it will cost to send these boxed invites?  adding chocolates will add more weight so it will add to the postage rate too.  just things to think about.

I dunno if this store is in the USA (where I assume you’re from), but Godiva Chocolates are super awesome and decadent, and they make singles I believe.

@rusticbee2014:  Yes, I worked there a little over a year ago… and frequently find my way into a shop to enjoy them. You can’t go wrong!

Sorry, I don’t have a chocolate to recommend. I just wanted to add that this post TOTALLY reminds me of this hilarious Youtube video. When Fiance and I were watching it and DYING laughing, we were thinking “who puts candy in a wedding invite???” I think almost all of us are guilty of some silly, over-the-top wedding endulgence that we certainly didn’t have to go through great lengths for. I personally can’t wait to get my own sanity back after this wedding :)))
