The one in the picture looks like velvet to me.  Try searching for a navy blue velvet comforter.   I found this one at west elm, but it’s higher than you wanted to spend.^215320075627-device^c-plaid^327554417411-sku^5442079-adType^PLA&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI1OGjoajT2AIVlYl-Ch2_KQUMEAkYDSABEgLQ6PD_BwE&cm_ite=[[PLA]%20-%20Bad%20Desktop]

blueberrycupcake28 :  I prefer using a duvet cover because you can take it off and wash and dry it much easier and quicker than a comforter. It only takes a few seconds to put the comforter back in. I also love that you can change the style at any time. I live in a small city apartment so extra comforter storage doesnt exist! I think this one would definitely hold up to dog nail and its been great with spills, my husband loves to spill coffee on the bed.

blueberrycupcake28 :  we have the silk dark blue comforter from Pottery barn and a few box spring covers, one of which is West Elm gray linen box spring cover. I like mixing rich textiles together.

Our drapes are navy blue silk taffeta and we have a rose champagne colored silk drum over the chandelier. I have a gray mohair blanket on the end of the bed and another navy mohair blanket over a chair. I just got a lumbar accent pillow that is rose champagne velvet.

I think this is the same as PP’s links but from PB. This set is on sale there right now. I love it!
