I would sent the photo to Occansey Designs veils.  She is very talented and can make most anything and she has a great reputation.

 I totally agree with tksjewelry! I just ordered some samples of her veil fabric for color comparison. She has made a TON of custom veils and they are gorgeous (not to mention affordable!)

Her web page is very informative, and check out the real bride testimonials!

@Mrs.tobe I live 45 minutes from her and if you live around here your veil was probably made by her.  She was the first person that every bridal shop sent me to.  I didn’t get mine from her but she didn’t carry the fabric that I wanted as it is very hard to get and very expensive.

The veil in the picture is probably a Pronovias veil, because it’s one of their stock photos. There are several retailers in the LA area. Pebbles Bridal in Woodland Hills is great and can help you identify exactly which veil it is. However, as all veils ordered through a bridal salon, it would be way overpriced. I agree with the other posters to have one custom made. These are the best veilmakers in the LA area ;

Crowning Glory Designs – http://www.projectwedding.com/vendor/show/crowning-glory-designs-candi-merle . Candi works out of her home in Brea so you can meet her in person and look at different veils she has. She can also order the type of tulle/lace you’re looking for.

http://www.etsy.com/shop/MARISOLAPARICIO – Marisol is based in the LA area and also has an etsy shop. She made me the most incredible mantilla veil custom designed to my specifications. It cost $250. [attachment=1654823,205517]
