Hi Bee,

I’m 26 and have suffered with pretty bad skin my whole life. In the past few months I signed up for Curology. This is an online dermatologist. You send photos of your face and a description, they then create a special formula created just for you. My skin is very sensitive and normal acne cr makes me red or dry. My formula is seriously a miracle worker. It took a couple months but my face is so clear! I can meet away with not wearing any foundation anymore!

Aztec secret- Indian Healing Clay is very effective for treating acne and many other skin/health issues, you can order online or purchase at health food stores. It comes in a powder and is actuall dry Bentonite clay which is mostly composed of volcanic ash.

Make sure you wash skin prior with a gentle cleanser to remove any make-up, and rinse your face with really warm water first to open pores. You could also put a towel over your head and a pan of steamy water for about 5 mins and make it a true facial.

After the mask your face will feel burny, and it will be red, do not PANIC! It really will feel and look normal in about a half an hour. I found that if I wait about 10 mins then moisturize with a small amount of organic, unrefined coconut oil it is not as bad.

This treatment should only be done one time a week, twice if you just use water the second time and really it comes down to how sensitive your skin is. This clay has been used for centuries and is well known and loved in most other countries. It will help you to achieve the glowing skin you want by drawing out impurities that clog pores and is used in many different ways to detox the body. Give it a try and I wish you great results! Good Luck!
