@sasi:  You sound like me:) I feel like a bear!  I find my body runs in cycles…in the summer I’m all gung  ho with working out and eating super healthy around September my body wants to hibernate ! I eat more, feel tired all the time etc. I force myself to get to the gym in the winter..ughhh it’s frustrating!!  Keep active and take vitamins maybe you’re deficient in something and its causing you to crave sweets.

@sasi:  Not sure where you live but I know from about November to March I go into hibernation mode. It’s darker longer and cold so I never want to leave my house. When it’s cold the only thing I want to eat is pasta and soup with a huge chunk of bread. It is aweful. I have to make a change and quick.
