Oh you are so like my SO. He’s a senior creative director and the color schemes he has come up with are amazing, but he’s a little…crazy about the patterns. He worked for an hour getting the perfect shade of yellow for my blog header. (Our colors are yellow and pink….so far)

I think your colors looks great! There is no rule that says grooms must wear black.

I don’t think it’s odd at all. The colors do match and I think the pink accents would be great!

I think charcoal and navy will be fine, you can bring in the navy in the guy’s tie’s and they can wear pink bouts. Also, think about what color shoes you want the girls to wear, my girls wore navy but they were not easy to find and come in so many different shades.

I think charcoal and navy would be fine.

(Just don’t go too crazy about the colors–you will never find consistency between the different shades of lavender-pink and you’ll drive yourself crazy if you try to get an exact match between the cocktail napkins to your BM’s dresses.)

Our guys wore charcoal grey and our girls wore varying shades of blue, it looked great! The guys wore blue ties like a PP mentioned, although there were no rules about what colour of blue, just any blue was fine. I think your colour scheme is awesome! I used pops of red, so we’re in a similar mind frame ๐Ÿ™‚

@bakerella: The style of the dress on your 2nd Bridesmaid or Best Man (the one in the lower pic) is so gorgeous? May I ask where you got it from?

@JennyW1: Not a clue, but I’ll email her and ask. All the Bridesmaid or Best Man got their own dresses with the guideline of “Wear blue, feel gorgeous”. LOL! I’ll let you know when I hear from her!

I don’t know how those colors would NOT match….

They look great. Trust your gut.

@bakerella: Oh please don’t jump through hoops! I thought you had chosen them with your BMs and to be completely honest, I’m SO not in a financial place to afford ANOTHER new dress! ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you for the offer, though.

@His Lil SantosGirl: We were September 11, it was great! I think you’ve made fantastic choices, don’t worry! I like that the navy sort of popped against the green trees behind the wedding party. I had initially wanted apple green, and I’m happy I changed my mind, they would have just blended into the background.

I think your colours are pretty, charcoal grey and navy blue definitely go together! We just bought FH’s charcoal grey suit this weekend, and he’s also a dark/tanned Southeast Asian, so I think your man will look great in the same colour ๐Ÿ™‚
