I am truely torn between two silhouttes. A true a line and a modified a line that hugs the hips and then flares out.
I like the romance of the a line but I also like the glamour of the modified a line. Which do you thinks suits me better? The a line?
Or the modified a line?
I can’t wait to see what you all think!

I loooooove the aline! It looks fantastic!!

Dress Number 1 is divine!

Both gowns are utterly exquisite, but I like the A line (your figure looks killer). The soft flare from the natural waist enhances your shape and emphasizes how amazingly tiny your waist is. Plus, the “dripping” embroidery is so beautiful.
The mod. A line, on the other hand, is giving you somewhat odd proportions: your waist and hips bleed into one another so it looks like you are completely straight in the bottom (giving you a megalong waist look). And it actually somehow makes you look top-heavy.
Do you possibly have anothr angle of 2

You look beautiful in both silhouettes but theres something about the first dress that is just so flattering. It just makes your waist look tiny. But you’ve got a great figure and could probably pull off pretty much anything.

with your figure you def could do both, tough decision! I do like the way the true A line looks on you though, that dress fits you beautifully , so that would be my choice out of the two above.

I think the true a-line looks perfect on you!

@MlleFabuleux: thanks for the indepth reply. You are right about the mod aline now that I look at it again!
In Australia we arent allowed to take photos in the boutiques so that was a sneaky photo done by a bridesmaid hehe
Thanks for all the feedback so far ladies xxx

@bellasmum: Yeah it’s annoying not being able to take photos! I agree with PPs, the a line looks the best 🙂

Oh Ilove the first dress on you. That’s the one. The second dress doesn’t even come close!

I also love the true A-line on you. The modified A-line is, as we say in design-speak, caught in the middle. If you want an A-line, which is beautiful and in which you look fabulous, choose the true A-line. If you want something more figure-hugging, then I would suggest trying a true fit-and-flare or mermaid. I agree with the prior posters that the proportions of the modified A-line are just not as flattering as those of the true A-line.

I love the A line on you. I think it gives you a lovely shape!

I like the traditional A line on you better than the modified A. Perhaps it’s the angle of the photo but it looks like you have a long toso, so the modified A makes your toso look very long and your legs short. The traditional A line gives you perfect proportions.

I think people are looking at dresses more than the style, really either, you have a fantastic body shape that would look great in anything!

@bellasmum: Love the a-line on you, and I just adore the first dress on you full-stop. I hope it’s a real contender, it’s a stunner!
I agree with @MlleFabuleux, the second dress is giving you some really odd proportions. You look beautifully balanced in the first dress, but the second makes you look strangely top-heavy and gives no definition between your waist and hips.
