I know favors are tricky (if they’re even needed, really) but in the end we decided to make some seasoning salts to give our guests. We picked that simply because we know that we would totally use something like that – and as always there will be plenty of guests that won’t want it.
That said, help us pick a flavor! Two options:
– Garlic & Rosemary – great on Italian dishes, veggies
– Paprika Salt (basically the same thing as Lawry’s if you know it – like curly fry seasoning) – great on potatoes, veggies, eggs, chicken
We’re putting them in the jars below, and I attached an inspiration pic from the web.

I voted for the paprika but either one would get used in my house

For some reason I was really expecting bath salts…so I was thinking yum lemon or vanilla, then I saw garlic and was like WTH!?
Lol! I’d really enjoy either, maybe garlic a little more.

Looks like paprika is winning so far, anyone else?? Thanks everyone!

I’d use either one, but if you were able to figure out the Red Robin salt formula, you’d be my hero forever!

Hopefully it’s as good as it promises! (There are a bunch of copycat recipes out there, though, if you google around)

Seriously. You just made my day.

Seasoning salts is a great idea! I voted garlic and rosemary, but just wondering if you have considered doing both and letting guests choose which they would like (i.e. if you had them on a table for guests to pick up)?

mmmm this is an awesome idea!

Yum! I haven’t seen this kind of favor around where I live. I would definitely eat either, but I love rosemary and garlic! So I voted on that. What a clever edible idea!

Now garlic is winning! Maybe we should just make both…
