Fiance and I love spinach and cheese on our salads and I’m trying to come up with a salad that guests would like too.
Strawberry Spinach Salad with Gorgonzola Crumbles
Spinach, frisee with pinot noir dressing
Salad with goat cheese.

So sorry! This should be in food!

I love all of these combos, but I think a simpler salad like the garden salad or ceaser would be a good idea. That way, more people would be happier with your choice

I’m so hungry and that first salad sounds so good. I wish the cafeteria here and any of those combos. The goat chesse one sounds good too. People will just pick it out of their salad if they don’t like the cheese.

True I hadn’t thought of guests being able to pick it off. Gorganzola or goat cheese? What’s more popular?

Something that might help is that lactose intolerant people should be able to have goat cheese since lactose is only found in cow’s milk products.
I voted for the one with goat cheese but salads with fruit and goat cheese are delicious! I think we had a raspberry vinaigrette over a salad of spinach and fruit and that was quite good.

hmm didn’t think of that but there’s no lactose intolerant people at our wedding. I keep asking about vegetarians or people with food allergies and we don’t know any (it’s a small family wedding).

Yum, the strawberry spinach salad sounds delicious! My mom used to make something like this to bring to picnics and everyone seemed to love it.

The strawberry salad sounds amazing. I’d go with that!

Spinach is something people either love or hate with no middle ground.
