Okay, so here’s the deal. This is my wedding dress (ignore my confused facial expression, I wasn’t aware the picture was being taken):
It’s Matthew Christopher, “Dahlia,” by the way.
Now before I reveal the choices for reception dress, let me say that we are considering having a small, intimate religious ceremony in a church before the big ceremony/reception with extended family/friends (which will take place outdoors). I’d like my reception dress to be able to double as a ceremony dress for the small ceremony. With that said, here are my three favorites:
1. Melissa Sweet “Antigua”
2. Reem Acra “I Am Beautiful”
3. Reem Acra “From Here to Eternity”
I can’t decide what I want to go with. I would prefer to also modify the Reem Acra designs to be tea length.

Personally, I am in love with the second.

I think number two is BEAUTIFUL.

Another vote for #2 and the sleeve treatment is so gorgeous.

Number 1 for me!! I love it the most and I also like the fact it’s a different length from your actual gown.

I think number one isn’t youthful looking.
i like the bodice and sleeves on number 2.
i prefer number 2 over 3.

@Klb5882: Good point on the first one. I adored it but then I started thinking it might be too “mature” for my age.
Oooh, number 2 seems to be winning the race!

oh you should add a poll!!!
ps… i also think number two would look lovely as a tea length.

Personally, I love the Dahlia and don’t think you need a second dress. It looks so good on you!
But, if you really have your heart set on a reception dress, I would go with one of the Reem Arca designs in tea length. I think I *slightly* prefer the 3rd dress.
You should add a poll. =)

The second one is so beautiful. I love it.
However, the first one has a similar feel to your wedding dress–same formality level, while the 2nd is more whimsical.
Also, 1 jut looks more like a reception or small wedding dress to me than the others.
So love #2, voting for #1

i like one or two., i cant really picture 2 as a tea length, but i am sure it can be done.
