I say don’t worry at all about “mixing metals” b/c I’m doing it too. All my jewelry is silver or white gold except for my necklace. I’m wearing my grandma’s yellow gold ring set on a ribbon as my “something borrowed” from my mom. It is significant and important so I’m going to wear it – but I’m not buying jewelry I’ll never wear again (I don’t care for yellow gold at all) just for 1 day. Besides, my ring set is white gold, so SOMETHING wouldn’t match anyways!

thank you! It’s something you just can’t change hey? The sentimental value is worth way more than things “mixing” properly!

MissHockey: Totally they did! Not even my mom knew I was putting the green tulle underneath so when I lifted up the dress, people were actually gasping and clapping LOL! It was a lot of fun as a surprise. Here’s a pic 🙂
