Hello ladies! So I am looking for a watch for my Fiance to give him as an engagement gift.
He likes to wear Ben Sherman and Fred Perry clothes. Ben Sherman carries watches but Fred Perry does not have a line for watches.
I am clueless on watches, but below are some Ben Sherman watches that I think he would like. I am looking for a classy everyday watch he can wear everyday and my price range is $120 and below.
Which of the below do you think would look great as an everyday snazzy watch? Please feel free to suggest other models and brands that look similiar!! Thanks in advance! I am excited to gift him a watch.

I bought my Fiance a Projects watch as an Xmas gift a few years ago… he wears it just about every day. It’s a little more conceptual than these two, but it’s all black. That particular style was called “Reveal” I think.
As an engagment gift, I bought him a classic Movado. He wears that to formal events, both personal and business. He was thrilled with it when I gave it to him – he thought he wouldn’t be able to have a Movado until he was older.
Out of your picks above, I like the second watch better. More classic, cleaner lines, can transition into slightly more dressy events if he’s in a bind. I don’t like the band though.
I actually made a scale drawing of two watches I wanted to give him, and asked him to try them on his wrist. I’m glad I did, because one was HUGE and the Movado was perfect. they were just blank pieces of paper shaped like watches. I tried to do it while he was sleeping but gave up when I realized I really needed his input.
You can draw them to scale on a piece of paper, most manufacturers include dimensions with the watch specs.

@CakeyP: Wow, I just checked out the Projects watches. Very unique designs, neat. Thank you for your suggestions. I do think the second one would be easy to dress up, but I do not like the band either. I also read that the black leather band tens to wear and fade. Bummer.
I will check out Movado. Thanks again for your suggestions on using a scale drawing. That was very helpful!

I love the second one.
My husband loves Gucci watches, he has a couple now. They seem to last a long time and can be dressed up or down.
ETA: Oops, sorry overlooked your price point! 🙁

I definitely like the first watch the best out of all. I like the face of the second watch more, but not the band. If you want, one day we can go shopping and look at some different ones. I bought my Fiance a Ted Baker watch that he loved, it’s a black too and transitions well from day to night.

I love the first Ben Sherman watch. I think it is different, you don’t see Ben Sherman watches too often. It is classic, but still a little edgy with the red accents!

You could look into purchasing a different band for the second watch, and replacing it before you give it to him.
Actually, if you wanted to, you could buy a few and give them as a gift along with the watch, so he can change the look if he likes.
Fiance has a watch with a bright orange band… even though he never wears bright colors. You never know what a guy will like!
