Hello, bees. I have been on-line and in every local jeweler imaginable looking for the perfect wedding band. Some are close, but just not right. I have a 1.27 ct marquise, cathedral-set solitaire with a 4mm wide band. I don’t like the look of channel-set diamonds, nor do I like anything curved. The height of the setting will allow for a straight band, but I’m having no luck. Anybody want to give me any suggestions? Will need something set in 14K white gold. And budget <$5,000.
Here’s my e-ring (like you haven’t seen it before):

Thanks!!!!

Your budget should allow you to have one custom made. How about a custom band? I’ve had to make a custom band to sit next to my ering. I don’t have any pics yet because it’s being made. Sorry!

I like the look of a Triquetra open work band too because it would echo your stones shape

@GelaMac: putting diamonds around it in a custom setting would look really cool…here is my plain diamond eternity…I love it cause I also am not a fan of the channel sets

Totally agree that you should just go the custom route. For inspiration though, here’s the wedding band that I am most likely going to purchase:

Here is a similar twisting wedding band:

@GelaMac: I like this because it appears to wide enough to not be totally dwarfed by my 4mm wide band.
I never dreamed that I would be able to choose an e-ring as quickly as I did, and have such a terrible time finding a band that I thought was just perfect…

@AshleyR83: Are these from local jewelers, or chain stores? I would def like to try on something similar.

With that budget you have tons of options. You don’t like channel set bands, how about shared prong or pave?

@Mrs Canuck: The first one is from a local jeweler, the second one is also from a local jeweler but the designer is Simon G, which is sold in a lot of places. Google Simon G!

@Mrs Canuck: when you find it you will know and if you do decide to go custom you can do something totally unique and perfect with your e-ring
