    I choose dress 1 because it was the dress I wore to our city hall ceremony (let me know if you’d like to see pics of it on).

    That being said, I also like dress 4. πŸ™‚

    #4 is the cutest but they all look like something I would wear for a shower or rehearsal dinner…

    @zoecn:

    Here you go!

    I love the shape of the dress, especially the sweetheart top/straps.

    It was super comfortable to wear. And the ruching is very forgiving.

    The only thing I would have changed about my dress was to have the skirt altered to fit a bit more “pencily”. I didn’t have a lot of time before my city hall wedding, so I didn’t have any alterations done to the dress, but if I could have gone back and done it differently that’s the only thing I would have changed.

    In response to the dress being too plain, I think it’s “plainess” really adds to the classic look.I would definitely recommend pairing it with pretty earrings, a simple necklace, some bracelets, and awesome shoes. πŸ˜‰

    I’ve got plenty more photos but I think you get the picture.

    I would say it runs true to size. I usually wear a size 2-4. I tried a size 2 on in the store (in another color) and I could have worn it, but a size 4 was much more comfortable and forgiving. As I mentioned, I shoudl have had the size 4 dress altered in the skirt to make it a bit more form fitting, but in all it fit really well.

    Thanks for your kind words, and I’m glad the photos were helpful.

    Also, you have an awesome figure and I thnk *our* dress will look pretty amazing on you. πŸ™‚

    @zoecn:  Do you *need* a reception dress?  NONE of those compares to your wedding dress.  They all look like you’re going to brunch, not a wedding reception.

    @multinational:  I just want to say that I didn’t like Dress 1 bc I thought it looked dated and cheap and then I saw it on you and I’m astonished, I can’t believe it’s the same dress.  You look amazing in it and it’s really beautiful!  Seriously, can’t believe it’s the same one!

    OP, I picked Dress 4, which I still love, but I think you should get Dress 1 as a backup – get them both and return the one that doesn’t look as good as the other!

    Also, I wanted to say your original dress is beautiful and looks amazing on you!!!

    Compared to your wedding dress, they are all BLAH, but I think #4 is the prettiest and would be the smoothest transition. #1 would be my next choice. I don’t like #2 at all, and #3 looks like a cheap teen party dress…

    @futuremrsk18:  Thanks! I loved the dress. I actually wore it twice. We had a city hall ceremony in New York, and a “Nikah” in Turkey (we were already married, but it was technically an “engagement” party — now we’re having a reception in New York and a reception in Turkey, lol) but I got a lot of compliments on it. πŸ™‚
