    I feel like having both your full names like the first option would make the most sense for a marriage certificate; however, if you don’t like your dad’s last name, then I would say go with option number two for sure.

    I would go with option C, it is tasteful and keeps your last name off the certificate forever which I can totally relate to.

    I voted for “first names only” because was in a similar situation with my invitations. But  I think it would be totally appropriate to use your married last name as well. 

    I have never liked my maiden name (love my family, never felt connected with the name) but I didn’t want to use my current last name because it’s my ex-husband’s last name (I never changed it after our divorce). So I used just our first names and it worked perfectly. It helps that I have a very unique name and my husband’s name is not common either.
