Me and the Fiance are having a destination wedding in Hawaii and it will be comfortable mid 80’s weather. There will be a garden ceremony and the reception will be on a lanai overlooking the garden.
I’m in need of some dress assistance. I’m struggling to decide… I’d love to get some bee opinions on these 4 dresses I’ve narrowed it down to!
Please let me know your honest opinions. I’m 5’1 and petite so I could use some honest input on what I can or can’t pull off!
HP Londyn – This dress how the wow factor! It made me feel classic but edgy and modern as well. I definitely FELT like a bride in this one.<br />
HP Mila – The lace bodice is pretty and the dress made me feel very feminine. This one is my mom’s favorite!
Jenny Yoo 1460 – The detailing on this dress is beautiful; from the lace sleeves to the gold lace edging. The tulle is so soft and pretty too! It’s more slimfitted and different from the rest of the ballgowns I seemed to fall in love with. I really like how light this dress is. Heh! If I win the lottery, I’ll buy 2 and have this be my reception dress…
Reem Acra Eliza – The dress looks messier than it’s supposed to because the sample dress was damaged. Part of the front was ripped from someone stepping on it, boo. 🙁 This is one of the first dresses I tried on and I love how fun and flirty this dress is. As a bonus, it’s also quite light to move around in!
I really appreciate what everyone’s thoughts are on this. Thanks in advance!!!

I’m 5’1 too and I picked dress #3. I think the slimmer fit is the most flattering and won’t overwhelm you. It’s personal preference, of course, but I felt on my small frame the ballgowns just swallowed me whole and the focus was definitely on the dress, not me.

- Wedding: Disneyland - January 2016
For me it’s a tie between the first and second 9though all four are gorgeous). I ultimately went with the second one since it’s a little more delicate looking and it seems like it might be a bit lighter (that’s just from the looks of course) and more comfortable to wear in warmer weather. Of the four the third is my least favorite option however, since to me the shape of the skirt doesn’t seem to quite mesh with the top for some reason.

carrieme: The first one and the last one are my favorites. I like the first one the most. The second is a bit too disney princess looking for me, the third one is pretty but I think it’s a little less sophisticated.

1 or 4 are my picks. the middle 2 have nothing that stands out, for me.

carrieme: I like the Jenny Yoo the best and the Reem Acra second 🙂

1 and 4 too. they just look so fun and light! i think it will suit the vibe of hawaii. plus the fact you said the first dress made you feel like a bride where you didnt say so for the other three is telling for me. but either way, you cannot go wrong with any of your choices. they’re all lovely

#1 and #3 are my picks. #1, like you said, looks SO bridal and you look fantastic in it. #3 because I’m a sucker for those delicate cap sleeves. Good luck!

I think the Jenny Yoo is the prettiest and the one that will distinguish you from every other strapless sweetheart out there. I think when you look back in 20 years, you’ll find it a much more timeless look.

Love the HP Londyn. It’s pretty and floaty and ruffly without being too over-the-top!

I love the Reem Ecra Eliza. It looks so fun and different. It’s such a unique dress.
