    I like Option A if you’re having a set number of guests w/ no leeway for any +1.

    Also, shouldn’t it be the rehersal bbq, then the ceremony, then the brunch listed in that order?

    I think B makes more sense.  You could also just do ceremony and reception on the reply card and do something like evits for the rehearsal and brunch.  It is a lot of info for one card.

    Will it literally say “Number _” or will that be the number in their party, like “4 _ attending”.  Hmm, either way I think Option B makes more sense. 

    If you are trying to control +1s, you could do “_ of _ will attend…” with the second blank filled in with the number in their party.  Not to make your deciding worse with another option though, ha!

    Also, I think it makes most sense to have the main event listed first, followed by the surrounding events as you have it.  However, I like the idea of a separate invite/evite for those events for more simplicity.

    Alternatively, you could start with “_ seats have been reserved in your honor” (you fill in the number). Then use B for the cleaner look.

    B is cleaner, but honestly I find people get really confused by what goes in the second option blank space.. a number a check mark etc.

    Nobody will know to fill in a number for option B. I’d go with option A. Nobody will look at that and think “Hmm, this design would have been so much cleaner if…”
