Of course its possible. And having to lose it for your wedding is great motivation. Just excerise atleast 3 times a week, drink tons of water and watch what you eat.

It’s possible – Weight Watchers (and most weight loss programs) receommend 1-2 lbs per week – so you’d be looking at 14 – 28 lbs by the time you get married. Just really commit to the program (whatever you choose to do).

Although at a certain point, you will need to assess what can and cannot be done (weight loss vs alterations) – Good Luck!

Depending on what needs to get done, maybe just put a corset in. I mean, if you can lose 20 lbs and you know you will, then diet away. If you have never done this before, then maybe corset…that way it is adjustable if you lose or not.

You will need to lose over 1.5 pounds a week in order to do this.  I don’t know if that is attainable but you can see changes within that time frame.  I would sign up for my fitness pal so you can keep track of food intake and exercise.  Cut out soda and try to reduce refined carbs and sugars.  Try to increase physical activity as much as you can, walk more and do cardio and weight training exercises.

The key is to find a HEALTHY program, and stick to it.  Whatever it is– if it’s weight watchers, Jenny Craig, or just an at-home version, if you’re committed, you’ll get the results you’re looking for.

Hey you still have a few months! I have a friend that lost it doing p90x (with the diet) and then she also went with the “It Works!” products. I don’t sell the stuff or anything but I do use them and they have helped me out alot.

It’s possible, just cut out all carbs and eat lots of chicken, fish and red meats with green vegetables and low sugar fruits….green vegetables are the key here….no potatoes, onions or carrots and cut out types of beans and you should shed the pounds in no time.  good luck!

strength training is KEY….it will help your body’s metabolism to speed up and muscle is leaner than fat…you might be the same weight but possible 2 or 3 inches smaller!

Definitely make sure you are eating healthy as well….
