The only thing that has ever worked for me is tracking my calories with the myfitnesspal app. I just find it to be a pain to track everything I eat so I’ve stopped using it and gained all the weight back (plus some). I’m hoping to find something that works for me that doesn’t involve tracking calories so I can lose some weight before my wedding in September!

If you become desperate to lose weight fast you could always try to cabbage soup diet. I did this for two weeks and lost over 10 pounds. It’s not the healthiest option and I gained all the weight back once eating normally again, but it would do the trick to lose the weight fast. I also thought the soup was really tasty after adding some herbs and roasted garlic to it.

Lovely dress! Lots of cardio is my suggestion. I love food too, so the more I eat, the more cardio I try to add. Stay consistent girl, you got this!

Weights, cardio. Low carb/only complex carbs, lots of water. I did a high protein lower carb low fat diet for about 3 months leading up to my wedding paired with a closely supervised weight workout and tons of barre classes. I dropped 20 lbs. I’ve managed not to regain any since our wedding 6 weeks ago, either.
